Daily Energy Tracker

If you're feeling off, down, drained & have no idea how to get out of this toxic cycle, the Daily Energy Tracker is an amazing tool to begin discovering what's sucking your energy.

Why is it important to pay attention to your energy?

Each of us have just ONE SOURCE of energy to do all the activities and tasks in our lives.

Becoming masterfull at gauging how much energy you have is a must because:

  • It allows you to gauge your capacity/band-width of what you can undertake & say no to!

  • Your energy levels are the first indicators that tell us if we are moving in the right direction in our lives or if it’s time for a change. If you're constantly tired/drained/annoyed around a specific person or situation, it's time to take a closer look to figure out the root cause of it all.

How to use this Daily Energy Tracker

1. Every day ask yourself this: “What’s my energy number?” Using a scale from 1 to 10, 1 being “I have zero energy” to 10 being “I have all the energy in the world” pick a number where you feel you are in that moment.

2. Ask yourself this question at least 2 times a day:

  • When you wake up as this can give you clues as how you’re feeling towards the day ahead.

  • Before going to bed and this will help gauge how engaged you are with your daily activities.

3. Track your levels for at least 2 weeks and stay curious about what or who is depleting your energy.

4. Then at the end of the 2 weeks, take a look at your journal & begin assessing how you start making changes based on what sucked the most energy out of you.

Thing to keep in mind

  • If you’re averaging below 3 on the scale and you’re constantly feeling exhausted no matter whether you’re doing something you love or not, then it’s time to start paying attention to your emotions.

  • Start focusing on the activities that you’re doing & who you are surrounding yourself with.

  • Paying attention to the activities that increases your energy versus to the things that drain your energy will give you clarity on which step to take next.
