Did you know we are composed of 4 bodies? Creating our own sanctuary is based on honoring our 4 bodies and keeping them in balance.

We've all been there. Doing all of the "right" things, taking action, thinking that if we just do then we'll get what we want. After a while of doing, nothing seems to shift and we give up altogether. Feeling tired and resentful.

We're more willing to stay uncomfortable, avoid a subject, be in pain and just allow for the situation to continue without taking action. We let it build up like a pile of dirty laundry...

It seems that the more the world awakens, the more we find ourselves questioning our lives, our jobs, not knowing what to do with all the internal noise leaving us feeling lost on how to go about figuring it all out. So where do we start?

In moments of high-stress and frustrating situations, are you the type to say: Why does this always happen TO me? Or do you think and wonder why is this happening FOR you?

So here it is...a mix of zen, over-the-counter calm powder and feel-good actions we can do to keep it cool & joyful as a chapter ends and a new one begins…

Even though my alarm went off at 4:44am (yes, I set my alarm using all Angel numbers!), I woke up excited, joyful and giddy! There was a buzzing energy in the air and I couldn’t wait to teach my 6am cycling class so I could spread those positive vibes to a packed room...

The genius of understanding how important is to know your values is that you automatically take control of your emotions rather than your emotions taking control of you.

What is it that you want to do but fear is holding you back from taking action? Whatever your goal is, the time to take action is now.
